When you connect your Tesla account, you may only be able to select one Powerwall to link — even if your system has two or more. That's expected on our end, not a sign anything is wrong.

Just let us know how many Powerwalls your system has, and once you've given us access to one of them in your Tesla account, we'll update your RECmint account to pull production from each one. That way your SREC totals reflect everything your system actually generates.

When you reach out about this, please tell us which Tesla site corresponds to your RECmint system(s) so we link the right ones.

Your Tesla connection can drop if you change your Tesla password, if you revoke our access in your Tesla account, or if Tesla withdraws it. When that happens, your RECmint account prompts you to reconnect. Until you do, we can't report your production.
