"Couldn't find account" when you log in to RECmint
This message means either the email address or the password is wrong. Your RECmint account shows the same message for both, so it does not mean your account is missing.
Reset your password using the forgot-password link on the sign-in page. If the reset email doesn't arrive, your account is probably under a different email address.
Password requirements for your RECmint account
Your RECmint password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one uppercase letter and one number.
We never create or send you a password. You always set your own through a reset link, and that link expires — so open it soon after it arrives, and request a fresh one if it's already stopped working.
You're stuck on the My Account page
Resetting your RECmint password clears this. Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page.
You're not getting two-factor codes by email
You chose an authenticator app when you set up two-factor authentication on your RECmint account, so your codes come from that app rather than by email. Check your authenticator app for a RECmint entry.
If you can't work out which app you used, contact us. We can switch two-factor authentication off for your account once you confirm your name, your email address, and the address of your system.
Changing the email address on your RECmint account
You can change your email address yourself from your RECmint account. Each account uses one email address.
